摘要:为了提高运载工具姿态控制伺服机构的可靠性,提出一种三余度的机电伺服机构,在三余度机电伺服机构基本方案的基础上,开展了故障模式分析和仿真,进行三余度机电伺服机构故障辨识和故障隔离研究,得到了故障重构的设计思路,并对三余度机电伺服机构进行验证试验研究。
关键词:三余度;机电伺服机构;故障隔离;故障重构 Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of shuttle attitude control servo mechanism,This paper presented a treble-redundancy of mechanical and electrical servo mechanism. On the basis of analyzing the treble-redundancy of mechanical and electrical servo mechanism, carry out the fault mode analysis and simulation and researches the technology of treble-redundancy of mechanical and electrical servo fault identification and fault isolation. The fault reconstruction design train of thought was got. The experiment study show that the system is feasible.
