标题:一种降低噪声的高频方波注入PMSM无传感器控制

摘要:高频方波注入法是一种永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制算法,但是逆变器的开关谐波和注入方波都会带来严重的噪声,这限制了它的应用范围。首先介绍了传统的高频方波注入法,在此基础上提出了3种混沌方式,通过混沌开关频率和注入频率以削弱谐波峰值来降低噪声。在Matlab/Simulink仿真的基础上,对比分析了传统方法与不同混沌方式在不同混沌范围下降低峰值谐波的能力和对转子位置估计的影响,并选取了一种最优方式作为实验方案。最后,在以TMS320F2812DSP控制芯片为核心的实验平台上进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果都证明了该方法的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract: The highfrequency square wave injection method is a sensorless control algorithm for permanent magnet synchronous motors, but the switching harmonics of the inverter and the injected square waves can cause severe noise, which restricts its application range . Based on the introduction of the traditional highfrequency square wave injection method, three chaotic modes were proposed to chaoize the switching frequency and the square wave frequency, thus reducing the noise by suppressing the peaky harmonics. On the basis of the Matlab/Simulink simulation, the ability of traditional method and three different chaotic modes in different chaotic ranges to reduce peak harmonics and the influence on rotor position estimation were compared and analyzed,then an optimal mode was chosen as the experimental scheme. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out on the experimental platform with TMS320F2812DSP control chip as the core. Both the simulation and experimental results show that the validity and reliability of the proposed method.
