摘要:外转子电机受装配条件的制约,轴承与轴之间多数情况下需要采用间隙配合安装。在此状态下,轴承很容易产生蠕变损坏,缩短整个电机的使用寿命。通过对电机轴承安装结构的分析,提出一种新的外转子电机结构改进设计,把轴承内圈与转轴、外转子采用机械固定的办法紧固在一起,可以有效防止轴承蠕变产生。
关键词:外转子电机;轴承蠕变;结构改进 Abstract: In most cases there is clearance fit between bearing and shafts due to restriction of working conditions of external rotor motor. So, it is easy to damage of bearing-creep and reduce to service life of motor. Finally, a new improved design of motor structure was achieved through analysis of installation structure of motor bearing. The bearing inner ring and shaft, the outer rotor is fixed by means of mechanical fastening together, which can prevent bearing-creep.
