摘 要:无刷直流电机作为自动门的关键部分,要求功率密度高,响应速度快,控制灵活方便,使用安全可靠,价格低廉,然而自动门用无刷直流电机本体设计存在着非线性等问题。因此,先采用差异进化算法对电机进行了整体设计,然后采用扰动法进行局部优化,以节约设计时间,提高设计效率。采用基于Ansoft有限元分析软件的电磁场数值计算方法对样机进行分析。仿真结果及试验数据表明,电机响应速度快,转速稳定,符合设计要求。 关键词:无刷直流电机;优化设计;动态仿真;实验
Abstract: With the increasing development of modern industry,the automatic doors are widely used nowadays.As the key element of the automatic door system,brushless DC motor with high power density,high reliability,fast response,facility to control and low cost is required.Since the design of the brushless DC motor is a non-linear and multi-variable process,the new global optimal algorithm-differential evolution is introduced to design the motor wholly and the perturbation method is adopted to optimize the design.From the design process,the combination of both methods can save the design time and improve the design efficiency.The optimal design of the brushless DC motor with the two methods has been verified by FEM and the simulation results and experimental dates proved that the brushless DC motor can achieve the performances of high accuracy,fast response.
