摘 要:对永磁球形步进电机的位置检测系统进行数学建模,采用全局优化算法计算目标节点的未知方位角。针对目标函数与旋转角度的关系图,在多维空间中设计出均匀分散的各试验点,利用并行算法计算出落在线性区域的试验点,并以此为起点采用最优值的局部搜索。仿真结果表明这种基于均匀设计理论的优化方法具有较高的搜索效率,为今后位置检测的实时性研究奠定基础。 关键词:球形步进电机;全局优化;均匀设计;效率
Abstract: The system of detecting the rotor orientation is mathematically modeled,and global optimization algorithm is used to calculate the unknown orientation of the target node.On the basis of the plot of the target function and the rotational angle,the test points were designed to distribute evenly in multi-dimension space,and parallel calculation was used to work out the certain test point in linear area from which the local minimum starts to be searched.Simulation results show that the optimization algorithm based on the uniform design theory has higher search efficiency,which lays foundation for the furture real-time research of detecting the rotor orientation.
