摘要:提出一种12/8磁悬浮开关磁阻电机,首先对其工作原理进行介绍,说明该种电机产生的径向力能够实现轴承的悬浮。基于虚功法建立了其x轴方向和y轴方向上径向力的数学模型,并通过解析法与有限元法计算结果的对比,证明所建立数学模型的正确性。重点对于在不考虑转子偏心位置和考虑转子偏心的情况下的电机特性进行分析,磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的径向力具有线性的特性并且独立于转矩电流,因此转矩和径向力的解耦控制可以实现。
关键词:磁悬浮;开关磁阻电机;虚功法;径向力;转子偏心 Abstract: A 12/8 magnetic suspension switched reluctance motor was proposed, operating principle was presented, the radial force produced by motor that could realize rotor shaft suspension. Based on virtual work method, mathematical models of the radial force in xaxis and yaxis direction were deduced, comparison results between calculation model and finite element method prove the validation of this method. The characteristics were analyzed with the cases of noneccentric and eccentric rotor. From the analysis, the proposed motor has linear characteristic of radial force and independence from torque current, decoupling control between torque and radial force can be realized.
