摘要:提出一种相间耦合型多相短磁路开关磁阻电机,电机转子为铸铝加硅钢片的组合,确保磁通按短磁路闭合,可以提高功率密度,降低铁耗和制造成本,减轻重量,提高散热能力。分析了电机的结构特点,以五相10/8极开关磁阻电机为例,使用有限元法对电机主要性能进行仿真验证,分析了径向力波的谐波成份,并与普通结构开关磁阻电机进行对比,结果表明新型短磁路多相开关磁阻电机在低速或高速运行时均明显提升了平均转矩、功率密度、效率等性能,为高功率密度、高效率电机的设计提供了新思路,具有重要的理论和实用价值。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;高速电机;短磁路;高功率密度;低铁耗
Abstract: This paper presented an interphase coupling switched reluctance motor with short flux path structure. Its rotor is made up of cast aluminum and silicon steel core, in order to ensure the flux closed with a shortest path. This structure could provide higher power density, lower iron loss and manufacturing cost, lighter weight, higher cooling capacity. The characteristic of the motor structure was analyzed. A five phase 10/8 poles SRM was analyzed for example. The performance of motor and the harmonic components of the radial force wave were verified by finite element method, which compared with normal SRM. The results show that this kind of new SRM improves the performances of average torque, power density, efficiency. This paper provided a new designing thoughts for high power density and high efficiency motor, which has theoretical and practical value.
