标题:一种直线永磁游标电机的设计与定位力优化

摘要:直线电机目前取代了旋转电机加丝杠的传动方式,现阶段广泛应用于数控机床加工等直驱应用场合。由于传统的直线永磁同步电机很难进一步提高推力密度,基于磁场调制原理工作的直线游标永磁电机被提出以进一步提高推力密度。本文提出了一种新型直线永磁游标电机,分析了该电机的工作机制,验证了该直线永磁游标电机在具有简单拓扑结构的同时,推力密度有着显著的提高,并对直线电机的端部定位力进行解析及优化,进一步减小了电机定位力。

Abstract: Currently, the linear motor has replaced the transmission mechanism composed of a rotary motor and a screw, and is widely used in direct drive applications such as computer numerical control machine tools. As the thrust density of traditional linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is difficult to be further improved, linear permanent magnet vernier motors based on magnetic field modulation principle are proposed to improve the thrust density further. A novel linear permanent magnet vernier motor (LPMVM) was proposed in this paper. The topology and operation principle of the proposed LPMVM were introduced. The thrust density of the proposed LPMVM was improved significantly with a simple structure. The end force was analyzed and optimized to decrease the detent force further.
