摘要:作为新一代多电/全电飞机的核心部件,电力作动系统必须具备很强的安全可靠性和容错性,高可靠性控制系统是当前该领域亟待解决的难题。本文提出了一种电力作动器用永磁容错电机短路故障容错控制策略。利用转矩等效原理,通过调整非故障相电流的幅值和相位,使故障前后电机输出的电磁转矩相等,以实现短路故障容错控制。分析了电机的工作原理,建立了数学模型,推导了补偿控制策略,运用场路耦合瞬态联合仿真方法,验证了容错控制策略的有效性。

Abstract: Electric actuator system is a core part of the more and allelectric aircrafts, requiring high reliability and fault tolerance. Hence, the control system with improved reliability has been a key enabling technology. This paper proposed a new remedial shortcircuit control of faulttolerant permanent magnet (FTPM) motor for electric actuator application. Based on the equivalent torque theory, the amplitude and phase angle of remedial current were adjusted. Thus, the motor can keep the same output torque, offering faulttolerant shortcircuit operation. Operation principle was presented and the mathematical model was developed. Remedial shortcircuit control was proposed and was verified by transient fieldcircuit cosimulation method.
