摘 要:文章分析比较了具有任意平顶宽度的梯形波反电势无刷直流电动机在正弦波和方波电流驱动下的转矩脉动情况;针对反电势波形接近正弦波的无刷直流电动机,提出一种采用低分辨率霍尔位置传感器的矢量控制方案,重点讨论了基于平均转速的转子位置估计算法,并在Matlab中与传统的方波驱动进行了对比仿真,验证了所提方案的有效性。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;低分辨率霍尔位置传感器;位置估计;转矩脉动;矢量控制
Abstract: For the BLDCM which has a general crest width of the back-EMF waveform ,two kinds of torque ripple condition when drived by sine-wave current as well as by square-wave current were analyzed and compared in this paper. A low cost current-sensorless vector control drive for BLDCM which has a pseudo-sinusoidal back-EMF waveform with only low-resolution position sensor was proposed. The position estimation algorithm was based on average rotor speed, and the simulation validated the effectiveness of the proposed drive system.
