摘 要:无位置无刷直流电机控制的核心是准确获得转子位置信息,目前的方法有位置检测电路法和反电动势滤波方法,本文针对反电动势滤波方法的高速区间进行研究,提出了变采样频率的滤波方法,解决了固定频率采样下的过零点偏差问题,而且提出了消除虚假过零点的控制规则,可以得到更准确的反电动势过零点。该方法在TMS320LF2407A的控制平台上进行验证,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性,电机的启动过程稳定可靠。 关键词:反电动势滤波;无刷直流电机;无位置传感器控制;数字信号处理器(DSP)
Abstract: In order to detect the rotor position of the sensorless brushless DC motor(BLDCM), circuit of rotor position detection and filtered back-EMF signals is used generally. This paper proposed control algorithm, it could change sampling frequency following speed and eliminate the false zero-cross event and identify the zero-cross event accurately and determining when to commutate the motor windings. The algorithm is implemented using the digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407A, Experiment demonstrated the proposed control method provides desirable performance and start up process behave steadily and reliably.
