标题:一种新型转子结构的内置式永磁同步电机优化设计

摘要:提出一种新型转子结构的内置式永磁同步电机。在转子永磁体材料用量相同的前提下,该结构所采用的阶梯形永磁体结构能够有效地改善气隙磁密波形,从而提高电机性能。为了得到阶梯形永磁体结构的设计参数,首先建立新型转子结构电机的磁路模型,以气隙磁密基波和谐波畸变率为目标函数,得到了转子永磁体的初始设计参数。为了提高参数的准确度,采用田口方法对该初始设计参数进行了优化,进一步提高了电机性能。最后,将该阶梯形永磁体结构的电机与传统一字形永磁体结构的电机进行了仿真性能对比。

Abstract: A permanent magnet synchronous motor with novel rotor structure was presented in this paper. On the premise of the same amount of permanent magnet material, the staircase permanent magnet structure used in this structure can effectively improve the air gap magnetic density waveform, thus improving the performance of the motor. In order to obtain the design parameters of the staircase permanent magnet, the magnetic circuit model of the new type of rotor structure was first established in this paper. The initial design parameters of the rotor permanent magnet were obtained by using the harmonic distortion rate of the air gap magnetic density wave as the objective function. In order to improve the accuracy of the parameters, the Taguchi method was used to optimize the initial design parameters and further improves the performance of the motor. Finally, the simulation performance of the staircase permanent magnet motor was compared with that of the traditional permanent magnet structure.
