摘 要:介绍了一种新型的永磁容错电机,提出了永磁容错电机的设计思想和技术特点。解决了电机不对称运行的难题,电机某相绕组或驱动器发生故障时,电机成不对称运行,还具有正常驱动能力。通过2D有限元仿真与试验验证了永磁容错电机的磁隔离特性及抑制短路电流的能力。证明了该永磁电机具有良好的容错性能。 关键词:容错;永磁电机;电机设计
Abstract: The paper introduced a new fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor and presented a fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor design approaches and fault-tolerant technique characteristics.It resolved the difficult problems during the motor asymmetry operation.The aim is to develop a normal drive when any windings or drivers failed and the motor is in asymmetry operation.It also verfied the magnetic isolation and limiting of short-circuit fault current performances of fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor by using 2D simulation and test methods.This method testifies the motor has a good fault-tolerant characteristic.
