摘要:将磁悬浮技术引入传统无刷直流电机中得到了二自由度无轴承无刷直流电机,从而实现了无刷直流电机的更高转速运行。针对所采用的新型绕组结构,深入分析了电机悬浮力的产生机理,并运用Ansoft/Maxwell软件对电机电磁性能进行了有限元分析,通过对仿真结果的研究,确定了磁饱和对电机悬浮力产生的影响及转矩绕组电流与悬浮绕组电流的最佳取值范围,并验证了所设计无轴承无刷直流电机的自解耦特性,从而证明该新型无轴承无刷直流电机设计方案的可行性,降低了其控制系统的设计难度。 关键词:磁悬浮技术;无刷直流电机;有限元分析;电磁性能
Abstract: In the paper, proposed a novel bearingless bldc motor(brushless DC motor) with twodegrees of freedom is through the adoption of magnetic suspension technology to traditional bldc motor in order to improve the operating speed. In allusion to the novel winding arrangement adopted in the motor ,the principle of magnetic suspension force generation was analyzed. And the FEA software Ansoft/ Maxwell was used to analyze the electromagnetic performance of the motor. Through the research on simulation results , the influence of magnetic saturation on suspension force generation was confirmed and the optimal value span of torque winding current and suspension winding current was got.Then the selfdecoupling character of the motor was verified too.As a result,the novel bearingless BLDC motor is feasible, and the difficulty for the control system design is reduced.
