摘要:为适应电动汽车驱动系统效率优化快速性的要求,本文提出了一种永磁同步电动机的效率混合优化算法。根据损耗模型求出电机在不同转速和转矩时使电机效率最大的定子电流直轴分量id的近似最优值;以该值为初始值,通过梯度算法和黄金分割相结合的方法进行寻优。本文所提出的算法简单且利于工程实施,寻优速度快,符合电动汽车驱动系统效率优化快速性的要求。另外,本文在电机进入动态过程时,还采用了基于动态快速响应的定子电流分配方法来缩短动态响应的时间,以提高系统的整体性能。
关键词:永磁同步电动机;梯度算法;黄金分割;效率优化 Abstract: To meet the demand of rapidity of permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) drive for electric vehicle (EV) application, a rapid efficiencyoptimization control strategy was presented. In this control scheme, daxis component of stator current can be achieved in any constant speed and torque operating point; and optimized through the gradient search technique and the golden section technique. The proposed algorithm is simple and beneficial to project implementation. In addition, rapid response to the dynamic stator current distribution was adopted to get best transient response.
