摘要:本文从工程应用实例的角度阐述适用于航空雨刮的减速摇摆电机设计方法,该摇摆电机包括微电机和减速摇摆机构两大部分。本文以主机对刮刷频率、刮刷角度等主要参数要求为输入,研究了减速摇摆电机的减速器传动比、驱动电机工作转速、曲柄摇杆尺寸等主要参数的确定方法。 关键词:航空雨刮;摇摆电机;设计
Abstract: This article described the design method of deceleration swing motor applied to aviation wipers from the perspective of engineering applications. The swing motor includes two major parts, ie, a micromotor and a deceleration swing mechanism. In this paper, main parameters such as wiper frequency and wiper angle were input by the host. The determination methods of the main parameters such as the gear ratio of the reducer, the working speed of the drive motor, the size of the deceleration swing motor were introduced.
