摘要:过调制能够有效地提高直流母线电压利用率,进而提高逆变器输出电压,但传统的SVPWM过调制算法需要经过复杂的三角计算或查表,实现方式困难。针对此问题,提出一种基于逻辑判断的过调制算法(LG-SVPWM),可以统一处理两个过调制区域,无需计算保持角,且易于实现。在整个调制区域,能够实现逆变器从线性调制区到六阶梯波的平滑过渡,并且输出电压谐波含量低。理论分析和实验结果表明,该算法具有实现简便以及输出电压谐波含量低的优点,适合应用于永磁同步电动机矢量控制系统中。 关键词:过调制;LG-SVPWM;电压源型逆变器;电压利用率;永磁同步电动机
Abstract: The utilization of DC bus voltage can be effectively improved with overmodulation which can further enhance the fundamental voltage of the inverter. It needs complex trigonometric calculation or lookup table for traditional SVPWM overmodulation algorithm,which is not easy to implement. A SVPWM overmodulation algorithm based on logical judgement for SVPWM inverters was presented, which can uniformly deal with two overmodulation regions. The algorithm needs not to calculate hold angle, and was effortless to implement. The inverter can transit from the linear operation to the sixstep operation smoothly in the whole overmodulation region. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm is convenient and with low total harmonic distortion of the output voltage, feasible for application in permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system.
