摘 要:采用计算机配备高速数据采集卡PCI-1751、光电编码器和L290/291/292控制电路构成直流伺服电动机控制系统。位置检测由电机减速过程中转过的角度或距离进行估算。运动过程中逐级减速、预留减速距离,从而达到精确的目的。通过数学模型计算和实验测试证明方案可行。系统采用高级语言编程,节省了开发时间,有一定参考价值。 关键词:直流伺服系统;数据采集卡;位置控制;测试
Abstract: PCI-bus data acquisition & control cards,microcomputer,photoelectric encoder and L290/291/292 chip’s circuit make up of DC servo motor control system.The position control project is estimated the angles in motor reducer process.Step-by-step regulation and preformed motor reducer distance is implemented precision fix position.The project was proved exactitude by mathematical model and experiment of DC servo motor.The article introduced the method of system composition,the software was compiled by high-level language,improved the efficiency of the design.
