摘 要:基于开关磁阻直线电机原理构建的直接驱动式X-Y工作台具有制造成本低、结构简单及可靠性高等优点。有限元分析结果表明,工作台中的电机各相不存在互感效应,因此可以单独进行控制。实验结果表明,以该工作台构成的位置控制系统具有良好的动态响应特性,有一定应用前景。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;直线电机;直接驱动;有限元分析;实验
Abstract: n this paper,a novel X-Ytable based on linear switched reluctance motor principle was proposed.The direct-drive X-Y table had the characteristics of low cost,simple mechanical structure and high reliability.Finite element analysis(FEA)proved that the phases between any of the linear motors of the X-Y table were decoupled and each phase could be controlled independently.Experimental results veriy that the motion control system based on X-Y table has good dynamic characteristics.
