摘 要:介绍了一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的电动游览车异步电机调速控制系统。分析了电动游览车的转差频率控制原理和SVPWM在Matlab/Simulink仿真工具以及DSP数字控制中的实现,并以TMS320F2407控制核心、西门康(SEMIKRON)SKHI22为驱动模块,构成电动游览车的控制系统。仿真和实验结果表明,此控制方法在电动车加减速运行和负载转矩变化时,控制性能良好,运行稳定。 关键词:感应电动机;数字控制;转差频率;电动游览车;实验
Abstract: The basic principles of direct torque c ontrol(DTC),the hardware and software design of control system equipped with DSP TMS320LF2407 as the kernel processor and CAN bus were described in order to apply DTC control system to the elevator.Experimental simulation results show that the control system based on DTC frequency converter has excellent performance of speed tracking whether under heavyload and lower-speed or superhigh-speed condition.
