摘 要:基于FPGA的步进电动机接口电路采用全数字化控制。电路封装了步进电动机的时序操作,提供了嵌入式系统接口寄存器,实现嵌入式系统通过接口总线对步进电动机的复位、脱机、正反转进行控制,结果表明具有结构简单、灵活控制、调速范围宽、易于实现等特点,并且减少了嵌入式系统在控制步进电机中的资源占用。 关键词:FPGA;接口寄存器;步进电动机;接口电路;仿真
Abstract: Introduced the design of the interface & control circuit of FPGA based on step motor.The circuit was totally digitalized and the whole system was realized byVerilog HDL.This circuit encapsulated the pulse distributor operation of the step motor,and provided the interface register for the embedded system.The embedded system could control the reset,offline,rotation speed,positive and negative rotation of the step motor through a interface bus.The simulation and experimental results show that the circuit has good results.It has properties of simple structure,flexible control,wide speed range and easy to realize,and it reduces the resourcd share of the embedded system in the control of the step motor.
