摘要:设计了基于DDS的超声波电机驱动控制器,该驱动控制器以DSP、CPLD为核心,串行外设端口(SPI)为通信接口,实现了DSP、CPLD、FLASH间的数据传送。DDS输出的两路正弦信号经比较、分频后,产生4路PWM信号,再经隔离放大,由两路推挽逆变升压电路转换成具有一定幅值、频率和相位差的两相正弦电压驱动超声波电机。该驱动器不但可以实现较高分辨率的调频、调压、调相,还可以实现低频PWM通断控制。试验证明,该驱动器具有良好的控制性能。 关键词:超声波电机;驱动;DDS
Abstract:In this paper,an ultrasonic motor drive controller based on DDS has been introduced.The driver controller take DSP,CPLD as core,peripheral serial port (SPI) as communication interface,realized DSP,CPLD,FLASH communication.The two sinusoidal signals after comparison and frequency division,produced four PWM,then isolation enlarged by two push-pull inverter circuits,converted into certain amplitude,frequency and phase difference two-phase sine voltage to drive ultrasonic motor.It is not only has high-resolution frequency,voltage regulator,phase modulation,and it also can realize low-frequency PWM on-off control.The results show that the driver has a good control performance.
