摘 要:针对风机变桨距电机负载变化范围大且波动剧烈等应用特点,研究了带换向绕组和补偿绕组的串励直流电动机的设计。采用等效磁路法设计电机基本方案,运用有限元仿真软件进行磁场比较分析、负载仿真、优化设计方案。仿真及试验结果表明:所设计电机负载运行时电枢反应得到抑制、具有37倍过载能力并且过载运行时换向良好,满足风机变桨距电机应用。 关键词:变桨距;串励直流电动机;换向绕组;补偿绕组
Abstract: In response to pitch motor which has high fluctuating and a large variation range of load , a DC series motor with commutation winding and compensation winding was designed using the flexible equivalent magnetic circuit. Magnet, the finite element software, which was used to compare the flux fields, simulate and optimize the design scheme. Simulation and experimental results show that the motor suppressed the armature reaction, which was overloaded with good performance of commutation has 3.7 times overload capacity, meeting the demands of application.
