摘 要:磁通反向式电机定转子为双凸极结构,定子凸极上粘贴两块充磁方向相反的永磁体,齿槽转矩比较大。提出一种转子凸极大小齿相间布置、转子分成等长两段且两段空间错开一个转子齿距的结构,以削弱齿槽转矩。通过电磁场有限元分析,证明这种方法能很好地削弱齿槽脉动转矩,而且制造工艺简单。 关键词:永磁电机;磁通反向式电机;磁阻电机;齿槽转矩;有限元分析;分段转子
Abstract: The doubly salient structure is adopted in the stator and rotor of the flux reversal machine(FRM).The magetizing direction of the two permanent magnets that are pasted on one tooth of stator is opposite.The large cogging torque could cause some problems like noise and vibration of motor and even effect the motor normal operation.To weaken the cogging torque of the FRM,in the paper,a new structure that the big tooth and small tooth are discontinuously distributed on the rotor that was composed of two segments of rotor that stagger a tooth distant in space to connect in together was presented.The analysis by electromagnetic finite element method proved that the method can reduce the cogging torque.The manufacturing process of both the methods is simple and feasible.
