摘 要:在不考虑齿槽力的情况下,依据永磁直线电机磁阻力产生的原理,针对两极三槽动圈式永磁直线无刷直流电机(LPMBDCM),采用傅立叶变换法分析了电机的边端效应;在此基础上提出了通过优化初级铁心长度和端部形式使磁阻力达到最小化方法。利用电磁软件Magnet验证了最优动子铁心长度以及动子边端齿的长度;结果表明所提出的磁阻力最小化方法是可行的;减小了电机推力波动范围,提高了运行稳定性。 关键词:直线电动机;无刷直流电动机;磁阻力;优化设计
Abstract: Analysed the linear permanent magnet brushless DC motor with threeslots and two poles and moving iron core based on the principle of detent force.Using the Fourier series method analysed the end comp producing the PM and end of mover,and proposed the method with optimizing length of mover and end teeth with iron core.The simulation results show that the reducing detent force by proposing method in the paper is feasible;reduce the ripple of the LPMBDCM thrust to improve the stability of the motor.
