摘 要:电动舵机作为飞行器的执行机构,其体积重量的减少可提升飞行器的性能。论文分析一控四电动舵机伺服控制器结构方案和控制策略,以DSP TMS320F2812和功率芯片IR2136为核心,实现单一控制器控制四套无刷直流电动舵机相互独立工作。研究电动电机系统三闭环变参数控制技术,采用电流环、转速环和位置环全数字变参数PID控制策略,实验验证了系统设计的正确性。 关键词:电动舵机;伺服控制;BLDCM;变参数PID控制 Abstract: As the actuator of the aircraft, the reduction of volume and weight of the electric rudder can improve the performance of the aircraft. The paper introduced the structure solution and control strategy of the electric rudder controller which can work for four independent BLDC electric rudder at the same time,the controller used the TMS320F2812 DSP chip and the IR2136 power driver chip as the core.The system adopted the triple-loop control with variable parameter, it contained current loop, velocity loop and position loop with completely-digital variable parameter PID control strategy.At last, the physical experiment verified the rationality of the design.
