摘要:优化设计了一款定子铁心为U型的单相永磁同步电动机。建立了电动机的数学模型,阐述了该款电动机的运行原理。通过Auto CAD和Ansys软件建立了电动机物理模型,并对模型进行有限元分析。分析了电动机的定位力矩、不均匀气隙结构下的空载气隙磁场分布、空载反电动势以及负载情况下的电动机转速,然后对电动机进行带负载启动性能进行仿真。设计了可以控制电机转向的控制电路,在需要固定转向的场合以控制电动机的转向。在此基础之上制作了样机,样机的性能测试表明了仿真设计的合理性。 关键词:U型铁心;永磁同步电动机;不均匀气隙;有限元
Abstract: Optimization designed a singlephase permanent magnet synchronous motor stator core for U, established the mathematical model of the motor, this paper expounded the operation principle of the motor. Motor physical model was established based on AutoCAD and Ansys software, and the model for finite element analysis. The positioning of the motor torque was analyzed, the structure of the uneven air gap under noload airgap magnetic field distribution and noload motor speed counter electromotive force and load conditions, and then started to load the motor performance simulation. Designed the control circuit that can be fixed to control steering motor. On this basis made a prototype, the performance of the prototype test shows that the rationality of the design of the simulation.
