标题:PMSM稳速控制系统中电流环控制策略研究

摘要:针对永磁同步电机稳速控制系统对电流环的快速性和准确性的要求,通过分别建立基于dq坐标系电流反馈的电流环和基于相电流反馈的电流环的数学模型,对两类电流环的动态特性和稳态误差进行了理论分析,并分别进行了仿真与实验。结果表明:相电流反馈的电流环具有更好的快速性,但其准确性存在随转速增加而降低的弱点,使其在稳速控制中更适合于转速较低且反电势对电流环准确性影响较小的应用场合;dq坐标系电流反馈的电流环快速性稍差,但其具有良好的准确性且不随转速变化而发生改变,使其在稳速控制中更适合于转速较高且反电势对相电流反馈的电流环的准确性影响较大的应用场合。

Abstract: Aiming at the rapidity and accuracy requirements of current loop for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) steady speed control system,the mathematical model of the current loop based on dq axis current feedback and the current loop based on phase current feedback were established. Based on the mathematical model, the rapidity and accuracy of the two current loop were analyzed theoretically. Computer simulation and experimental research were also realized. Both experimental and simulation results show that the current loop based on phase current feedback which has the better rapidity and the characteristics of decreased accuracy with increasing speed is more suitable for the occasion where the steady speed is low and the back EMF has a small impact on the accuracy of the current loop based on phase current feedback, the current loop based on dq axis current feedback which has the higher accuracy is more suitable for the occasion where steady speed is high.
