摘要: 磁阻力的存在使永磁同步直线电机在运行时产生推力波动,影响电机的稳定运行。单纯依靠Matlab/Simulink建立的永磁同步直线电机模型,无法观测到电机的磁阻力,不利于仿真的精确性。针对传统电机建模方案的不足,给出了一种改进方案,利用有限元分析和傅里叶级数分解,得到电机磁阻力的表达式,将表达式带入到电机运动方程中,利用Matlab/Simulink建立新的电机模型,从而达到对永磁同步直线电机精确建模的目的。仿真和实验结果表明了建模方法的有效性和可靠性。
关键词:永磁同步直线电机;有限元分析;磁阻力 Abstract: The existence of detent force has a great influence on the stable operation of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMLSM). The detent force can′t be observed only rely on Matlab/Simulink to establish the PMLSM′s model. An improved modeling method was raised to overcome this issue. Based on the finite element analysis software and Fourier series analysis, detent force was decomposed into a function associated with the position of the PMLSM′s mover. A new PMLSM model was set up in Matlab/Simulink by inserting this function in the motion equation of PMLSM. Simulation and experimental results show that, the improved PMLSM modeling method is valid and reliable
