摘 要:采用放电等离子快速热压、热变形的方法制备了名义成分为NdxFe94-xB6(x=8, 9, 10, 11)的各向异性Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁。研究了Nd含量对各向异性Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁织构和磁性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着Nd含量的提高,Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁c轴晶体织构逐渐强化,饱和磁化强度逐渐降低,但是磁体的矫顽力逐渐提高并导致剩磁也随之提高。 关键词:各向异性Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe双相复合纳米晶永磁;Nd含量;热变形;放电等离子烧结 Abstract: Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe nanocomposite permanent magnets with nominal composition of NdxFe94-xB6 (x=8, 9, 10, 11) were prepared by hot press and subsequent hot deformation technique. The effect of Nd contents on the texture and magnetic property of bulk anisotropic nanocomposite permanent magnets were studied. With the increase of Nd contents, the c-axis crystal texture, coercivity and remanence of the bulk anisotropic nanocomposite magnets enhance, the saturation magnetization reduces.
