摘要:本文分析了MW级双馈风力发电机的槽型设计特点,然后从嵌线工艺和电机性能的角度论述了双馈风力发电机的槽型设计方法,推导了槽口系数及空载附加损耗的计算公式;同时采用有限元分析软件Maxwell 2D研究了不同槽型组合下发电机的输出性能,尤其是发电机的电磁场、空载电压波形及谐波分布、损耗等;最后通过试验对比验证了仿真结果的正确性,为双馈风力发电机的优化设计提供了参考。 关键词:双馈风力发电机;槽型;有限元计算;风力发电 Abstract: The characteristic of slot type design about Doublefed Wind Generator(DFWG) was analyzed in the paper. Then the method of slot type design was presented from the view of windings placement technics and generator performance. Calculation of notch coefficient and no_load added loss were also given. At the same time, output performance of DFWG based on different slot type combinations was studied using the FEM software of Maxwell 2D, especially about electromagnetic field of generator and noload voltage and harmonics distribution and loss and so on. Analysis and compare of the testing and calculation results demonstrate that the simulation methods are correct, and it also supplies references for the optimization design of DFWG.
