摘要:70~80年代的大多数镗床的控制系统是采用继电器控制系统。这样就存在着系统运行不稳定、故障率高,且故障很难查找,维修费用高,维修调整困难,严重影响生产的问题。本文采用北京超同步科技有限公司的GS交流伺服驱动器和三菱F1N60MR001 PLC对某企业型号为2654的镗床进行伺服系统的改造。经实际运行证明经改造后的伺服系统无论是硬件还是软件,控制稳定可靠,具有极高的可靠性与灵活性,更容易维修,更能适应经常变动的工艺条件,取得了较好的经济效益。 关键词:镗床;GS交流驱动器;三菱F1N PLC;伺服系统 Abstract: Ordinary lathe spindle motor power supply there is a typical complex motor startup performance is bad, wiring, waste of energy consumption and the motor speed inefficient parking need to manually adjust the spindle box, low machining accuracy problem.Spindle motor adopted the inverter power supply method can effectively solve the above problems.Especially when there are multiple processing position need variable speed spindle motor, operation more convenient and high machining accuracy, solved the speed when the laborious, timeconsuming, inconvenient, inefficiency.
