摘要:介绍了12/8极电励磁双凸极电机的电机结构。通过分析其电动运行的工作原理,设计并实现了以复杂可编程逻辑器件为核心的数字控制系统,根据硬件角度倍频以及换相控制的方法实现了三相三拍和三相六拍标准角度及提前角度控制。结果表明,文中设计的数字控制系统很好的完成了对电机各种控制策略下的电动运行实验,具有可靠性高,动态响应快等优点。最后通过实验波形,简单的分析了在不同控制策略,同等输出功率下,直流母线电压间的大小关系。
关键词:电励磁双凸极电机;复杂可编程逻辑器件;数字控制系统 Abstract: The structure of a 12/8pole doubly salient electromagnetic machine(DSEM) was introduced in this paper。Through analyzing its basic working principle under motoroperation,a digital control system based on complex programmable logic device(CPLD) was designed and executed。By angel times frequency and exchange phase,this system achieved the standard angle control and advanced angle control in threephase threestate or threephase sixstate. Experimental results testify that the digital control system given in this paper can achieve the motoroperation experiment in every control strategy,and has some excellence such as high reliability ,fast dynamic response. At last,through the experiment waveform,this paper analyzed the relationship of DC voltage in different control strategy and the same output power simply.
