摘 要:对CNC齿轮测量中心的旋转轴永磁同步电动机伺服驱动系统进行了设计优化。分析了id=0电流控制方式下的矢量控制基本原理和转速测量方法,采用了SVPWM控制策略和速度外环的模糊自适应PI控制,与传统的PI控制相比,消除了稳态误差,提高了系统响应速度,减小了超调,使系统具有良好的动、静态特性。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真、硬件实验,结果表明了电机在低速情况下能够稳定运行,验证了所设计的驱动系统的可行性。 关键词:齿轮测量中心;永磁同步电动机;位置检测;矢量控制
Abstract: This paper was designed and optimized the drive system of CNC gear measurement center permanent magnet synchronous motor. And it was analyzed the id = 0 current control method of vector control principle and method of speed measurement, also SVPWM and adaptive fuzzy PI control of speed loop were adopted in this article,compared with the traditional PI control, it was eliminated the steady-state error, improved the system response speed, reduced the overshoot, made the system have a good dynamic and static characteristics. The Matlab/Simulink Simulation and experiment showed that the motor can stably operate in low-speed and verified the feasibility of the drive system design.
