摘 要:详细分析了buck电流全桥变换器的工作原理及其与buck电压型全桥变换器的不同点,阐述了全桥功率管开关电流和电压变化情况。拓扑全桥变换器的晶体管由于零电压关断而没有关断损耗,而且与变压器漏感串联零压导通,所以导通损耗也很小。设计了buck电流型全桥主电路、buck开关管吸收电路、PWM控制电路、隔离电路等。通过实验验证全桥变换器很适合大功率、高电压输出的场合,具有一定适用性和可靠性。 关键词: Buck电流;全桥变换器;实验;电机控制
