摘要:本文以某一进口BSG电机为研究对象,以逆向工程作为辅助手段,通过有限元软件Ansoft的Rxmprt模块建立了电磁分析模型,利用Maxwell模块对电机做了电磁分析,通过与实验数据对比,验证了所做模拟的正确性。并利用Ansoft软件的Simplore模块,对电机进行整流系统仿真分析。从设计方法和工作机理上分析了该种电机的电磁性能,为后续电机结构的优化提供了设计理论参考。研究的意义在于加快国外产品的国产化,缩短国内发电机的研发周期,提高国内发电机制造技术水平。 关键词:BSG;Ansoft;Rxmprt;Maxwell;电磁分析
Abstract: Based on imports of a BSG motor as the research object, in order to reverse engineering as a supplementary means ,through the finite element software Ansoft Rxmprt module electromagnetic analysis model was established, using the Maxwells module for motor electromagnetic analysis, through to compare with the experimental data, verified the validity of the simulation done.And using Ansoft software Simplore module, rectifier system simulation analysis was carried out on the motor.From the design method and the analysis on the working mechanism of the electromagnetic performance of this kind of motor, provided the subsequent motor structure optimization design theory reference.The meaning of the research is to speed up the localization of foreign product, shorten the development period of domestic generators, raise the level of domestic generator manufacturing technology.
