摘要:本文介绍了某型高转速、高功率密度混合励磁式发电机的改进设计。基于工程经验设计或路算法设计的混合励磁式发电机,往往不能准确反映实际工况性能,因此无法完全满足任务要求。借助Maxwell 3D建模进行优化设计,提出一种简单高效的优化仿真方案,通过降低漏抗的方案来提高发电机输出性能,改进设计后实际产品测试结果得到有效验证,发电机性能满足系统要求。 关键词:高转速;高功率密度;同步发电机;双通道 Abstract: This paper introduced a type of high speed, high power density of hybrid excitation generator to improve the design. Based on the experience in engineering design or road algorithm design of hybrid excitation generator, it often cannot accurately reflect the actual working condition and meet the requirements of task. By using Maxwell 3D modeling optimization design, put forward a simple and efficient simulation optimization scheme, by reducing the leakage reactance of the scheme to improve the performance of the generator output. Design improvements after the actual product effectively verifyied the test results, generator performance met the system requirements.
