摘要:本文介绍了激光振镜扫描式打标系统的组成,针对振镜伺服扫描系统在传统PID控制方式下,系统动态特性、高速响应以及打标精度等性能的改善,在建立振镜系统数学模型的基础上,研究了PID加前馈控制的控制模型。通过仿真和实验,证明PID加前馈控制可以大大改善打标响应的快速性和精确性。 关键词:激光打标;振镜;前馈;PID;打标漂移 Abstract: This article described the composition of laser marking galvanometer scanning system. In connection the improvement of the performance of the system dynamic performance, highspeed response and accuracy of marking galvanometer servo scanning system with traditional PID control method, and based on establishing the galvanometer system mathematical model, studied the PID+ feedforward control model . Therefore,it proved that the PID+ feedforward control could gete the rapid response and accuracy through the simulation and experiment.
