摘要:针对高功率密度永磁无刷直流电机铁心损耗的计算方法及其对电机参数设计的影响,对比分析了几种计算方法的结果,提出的基于磁密波形的正交分解傅里叶分解法的计算结果最接近实测值。基于此方法,研究了3200W样机定子铁心损耗密度的分布及铁心损耗随负载转矩和转速的变化规律。结果表明定子铁心损耗的分布与磁密分布具有相似性;选用2对磁极和35WW230硅钢片材料,使得涡流损耗和磁滞损耗随转矩和转速变化的曲线交点分别出现在额定转矩和额定转速之后。对于高功率密度永磁电机,避免齿部磁密过分饱和、选用较小极对数和涡流效应较小的硅钢片材料,可减小额定工况下的铁心损耗,提高电机工作效率。 关键词:高功率密度;永磁无刷直流电机;铁心损耗;神经网络迭代法;参数设计 Abstract: In order to study the core loss calculation method of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor with high power density and its impact on the design of the motor parameters, comparatively analyzed the results of several calculation methods, the result of the proposed orthogonal decompositionFourier decomposition method based on flux density waveforms was closest to the measured value calculate. Based on this method, the distribution of 3200W prototype's stator core loss density and the laws of core loss varying with load torque and speed were studied. The results showed that the distribution of the stator core loss and flux density was similar; selected two pairs of poles and 35WW230 silicon material, so that the intersection of the curves of the eddy current loss and hysteresis loss changing with torque and speed appeared respectively after the rated torque and rated speed. For high power density permanent magnet motor, avoids oversaturation flux density in the tooth portions, uses a smaller number of pole pairs and the silicon material with smaller eddy current effect, thus reducing the core loss in the rated conditions and improving the efficiency of the motor.
