摘要:以风力发电系统为研究对象,提出将金属带式无级变速器用于风机输出电能的频率调节。给出风力发电系统的金属带式无级变速器物理模型和调节原理;建立相应机械变频速比模型和控制系统数学模型。完成风力发电机械变频控制系统硬件设计和软件设计。通过实验分析,风力发电机系统输出频率为50Hz,证明机械变频机理的正确性。 关键词:风力发电;机械变频;金属带;无级变速;恒频 Abstract: Taking the wind power system as a research, the metal belt continuous variable transmission (CVT) was put forward to adjust the power frequency of wind driven generator. The physical model and adjustment principle of metal belt CVT in wind power system were given, while both mechanical frequency conversion speed ratio model and control system mathematical model were established. In mechanical frequency conversion control system of wind driven generator, the design of hardware and software was finished. Based on the experimental analysis, the output frequency of wind power system is 48 Hz, which verified the correctness of mechanical frequency conversion mechanism.
