摘要:针对电动汽车动力电池组,本文设计出一种基于三相电流源型PWM整流器拓扑的大功率快速充电系统。然而,在传统多环电流控制策略中,通常需要将采样信号经Park变换得到直流信号,以便采用PI控制器进行有效控制。因此需要锁相环以及引入解耦项,从而增加系统的计算量。为了改善上述控制方法的不足,文中在静止坐标系下采用比例谐振控制器以实现对网侧电流的直接控制。同时,对采用谐振控制器时,内外环控制器参数的设计进行理论分析并提出参数设计方法。最终,通过Matlab仿真与动力电池组充电实验证明了所提出控制策略的优良性能。 关键词:电流型整流器;比例谐振控制器;静止坐标系;功率因数;电流控制 Abstract: This paper has developed power battery charger based on threephase current source PWM rectifier. Aimed at the characteristics of complicated inside ring current control for current loop decoupling, the system parameters change influencing the control performance,poor robustness and low precision in the rotating axis, it adopted a kind of simplified and improved strategy which used proportional resonant controller to control the current inner loop in the stationary axis. This strategy allowed the system to avoid the decoupling of the current loop, to get rid of dependence on the system parameters, to improve the control performance robustness and accuracy while simplifying control and easy to implement. And the design procedures of controller parameters in detail were given at the same time. By means of simulation and power battery charging experiment, it proved the feasibility and practicality of the proposed strategy.
