摘要:由于制造公差和运行磨损,转子外圆和定子内圆之间会产生偏心,气隙的不均匀会影响气隙磁密的分布,从而对电机的性能造成影响。本文利用数学方法研究了转子静态偏心对分数槽集中绕组电机气隙磁密、空载反电动势和转矩波动的影响,并利用有限元法对分析结果进行了验证。分析结果表明:转子静态偏心对GCD(Z,2p)=1电机反电动势及转矩波动影响较大,而对GCD(Z,2p)>1电机无影响。 关键词:静态偏心;分数槽集中绕组;转矩波动;永磁同步电机 Abstract: Due to manufacturing tolerance and wear of running , between rotor and stator will produce eccentric, uneven air gap affects the distribution of the air gap flux density, and affects the performance of the motor. This paper used mathematical method to research the effects of rotor static eccentricity with fractional slot concentrated winding motor on air gap flux density, the noload electromotive force and torque ripple, and the results were verified by using the finite element method (FEM) .Analysis results show that to the GCD (Z, 2p) = 1 ,the rotor eccentricity had a greater influence on the counter electromotive force and the torque ripple, and to the GCD (Z, 2p) > 1 there was no effect on motor.
