摘要:转子分段斜极在削弱齿谐波,降低齿槽转矩和转矩脉动的同时,也会对电机在恒转矩区域的峰值转矩和不同电流下转矩最大值时的转矩角的取值产生影响。在内置式永磁同步电机模型的基础上,通过理论分析和有限元计算,分别对电机转子单边分段斜极、双边分段斜极及其不同转子分段数对电机性能的影响进行研究。 关键词:转子分段斜极;峰值转矩;转矩角 Abstract: Step skewing of rotor can reduce the tooth harmonics, the cogging torque and torque ripple, and also influence the maximum torque in the constant torque region and the value of the torque angle at the maximum torque at different currents. Based on the model of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, through the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis, the effect of the rotor singlesided staircase, doublesided staircase and its different number of rotor segments on the performance of the motor were studied.
