摘要:常规车用高速永磁电机均通过增加隔磁桥宽度的方式来提高转子强度,但电机漏磁较大,严重影响电机性能,而且该方式转子强度提高有限,已满足不了高速电机发展的需求。针对该问题本文提出一种适用于车用高速电机的高强度、模块化转子结构,通过在模块化转子内部嵌入螺栓的方式,大大增加了转子强度。通过理论分析和有限元分析对该转子结构进行了仿真计算,结果表明该结构可行。
关键词:高速;车用永磁电机;高强度;转子结构 Abstract: Conventional high speed permanent magnet electrical vehicle(HSPMEV) enhances the strength of rotor through increasing the width of flux barrier, which results in the large flux leakage and seriously affects the performances of motor. This method has limited effect to improve the strength of rotor, cannot satisfy the requirements for the developments of high speed motor. In allusion to the problem, this paper proposed a modularization rotor structure of high strength appropriate for HSPMEV. Embedding bolts inside modular rotor can multiply the strength of rotor. Through the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis, simulating calculation was carried out and manifested to be feasible.
