摘要:针对电机控制器的液体冷却特性研究,根据不同翅片结构、散热面积、冷却介质、冷却介质流量、散热材料提出了10种散热方案,以期望找到具有高换热能力,同时拥有较低压降的散热方案。为研究各参数对散热器散热效果的影响,对各方案在额定和峰值两种工况下的散热性能进行热流固耦合仿真计算,计算结果表明,方案10具有最好的综合散热性能。最后,利用不同参数的仿真结果得到基于车用电机控制器的散热优化方法。 关键词:电机控制器;散热器;液体冷却;温度;散热性能 Abstract: Base on the liquid cooling characteristics for motor controller,according to different fin structure, surface area, cooling medium ,material and flow rate of cooling medium, the 10 Kinds of solutions were proposed in this paper, in order to find a solution with high heat transfer capacity and low pressure loss. The heat transfer capacity of this schemes were calculated by simulation of fluidsolid coupling under two working conditions of rated and peak.To research the influence With different structural parameters and heat parameters,the calculation results show that the scheme 10 has the best overall performance than the other schemes.Finally,the optimization method that using design motor controller of electric vehicles can be obtained by the simulation results of different parameters.
