摘要:交流永磁同步电动机有两种基本的结构,即转子永磁体磁极的结构和永磁感应子式(简称混合式结构)。极数很多极距很小的情况下混合式结构具有不可替代的优点,成为主流步进电动机系列的唯一结构类型,由于比转矩系数小的弱点被排除在交流永磁同步电动机应用的其他多数领域之外。采取超强型齿层对混合式结构新改进的超强型混合式同步电动机,在保持基本结构和特点的同时,极大地提高了比转矩系数。克服了弱势以后的新型混合式结构的同步电动机应能在更多应用领域获得发展的机会,这就是本文要研究的问题。针对低速交流同步伺服电动机系统和恒功率驱动的交流同步电动机系统作了一些具体探讨。 关键词:交流永磁同步电动机;混合式结构;超强型混合式结构;伺服驱动;恒功率驱动 Abstract: There inherently exist two fundamental structural configurations of permanent magnet synchronous motor, which are PM pole rotor structure and PM inductor or hybrid structure. Hybrid structure possess two distinctive characteristics, one comes the unique merit where high pole counts and/or small pole pitch is pursued as the application targets which contributes to its existing dominant market position in stepping motor products, another shows the weakness in low motor torque ratio which yields the fact of being kept out of the majority of PMSM applications. Maintaining its unique structural merits, supertorque tooth layer design for hybrid mechanism increases the motor torque ratio dramatically. The authors argue that the new innovative hybrid mechanism design, removing the inherent structural weakness, would gain noticeable more application opportunities by detailed analysis on low speed servo and constant power synchronous drive applications.
