摘要:加工误差导致的定子形变会显著影响永磁电机的齿槽转矩。文章通过建立理论解析模型对考虑了定子形变的齿槽转矩进行了分析,并发现定子形变引入的极数的倍数次的转矩谐波分量是齿槽转矩增大的主要原因。在进一步研究中,文章提出了一种齿槽转矩的抑制方案,即根据定子冲片形状,采用按一定规律将定子沿轴向逐段偏移的方法来削弱齿槽转矩。有限元分析和样机测试均证实了该方法的有效性。 关键词:永磁电机;齿槽转矩抑制;定子形变;逐段偏移 Abstract: Deformation of the stator lamination from machining error significantly influences the cogging torque of the permanent magnet electrical machine. A theoretical analysis was introduced to estimate the components of the cogging torque, revealing extra harmonics related to pole number augmented the cogging torque. The segmental skewing in stator was proposed to diminish the cogging torque in the further study, considering the stator type.
