摘要:表贴式永磁同步电动机具有控制特性好、结构简单等优点,特别适合在高精度控制系统中应用,其转矩的线性度和平稳性直接影响控制系统的特性,是电机的重要指标。本文构建了电机的有限元模型,采用id=0的控制方式,对转矩特性进行仿真分析。研究表明,通过对电机使用不同的极槽配合比例、调整电机定子的齿宽和轭厚、改变槽口的宽度均可以使转矩特性得到优化。 关键词:永磁同步电动机;表贴式;线性度;定位力矩 Abstract: Surface permanent magnet synchronous motor has many advantages, such as better performance in control, simple structure, especially suitable for the high requirements of control accuracy. The linearity and smoothness of torque is the important index of motor, which can affect control system characteristic directly. In this paper, built the finite element model of the motor, using id=0 control method to simulate and analyze torque characteristic. The study shows, using different ratio of pole to slot, adjusting width of stator tooth and thickness of stator yoke, changing width of slot can optimize torque characteristic.
