摘要:贴片机技术现已成为电子装联技术的主流,它不仅变革了传统电子电路组装的概念,其高速化、标准化等特点在电路组装技术领域占据了绝对的优势。本文在市面上流行贴片机的基础上进行了成本、结构和电机控制改进。自主研发设计贴片机系统并且功能已基本实现。主要包括三大部分:上位机部分、贴片机架构部分、下位机电机精确定位与逻辑控制部分。为了能够满足对于电机精度控制的要求,在步进电机控制中添加了闭环控制器以提高精度并采用状态机转换思想完成对步进电机的逻辑控制。设计基于VS2012上位机部分将PCB版图文件中的器件坐标信息通过串口发送给单片机(STM32F407VE)。 关键词:贴片机;步进电机;上位机 Abstract: The surface mounting machine has become the mainstream of electronic assembly technology. It not only changes the concept of traditional electronic circuit assembly,but also has the advantages of high speed and standardization. This paper optimized structure, motor control and saving the cost of surface mounting machine based on the popular chip mounter. Designing SMT machine system by myself and the function has been basically achieved. It mainly includes three parts: host computer, slave computer for controlling motor in a precise way and logic control, the structure of SMT. In order to meet the requirements of the motor precision control,the closedloop controller is added for improving the accuracy control of the stepper motor. And realizing the logic control of the stepping motor by the state machine.Designing the host computer based on VS2012. The target PCB layout file about the device coordinate information is sent to the microcontroller(STM32F407VE) through the serial port. Key words: SMT; stepper motor; host computer |
