摘要: 针对纯电动客车用高速永磁轮边电机进行损耗分析方法研究。通过有限元模型对定子齿部、轭部以及转子铁耗进行计算,分别对不同工况下的电磁损耗进行分析,并考虑非正弦激励的影响,建立电磁损耗计算模型。通过设计损耗分离实验,利用无磁体转子电机分离机械损耗与空载铁耗,并对机械、杂散损耗分别建模,完善全工况点电机损耗计算模型。通过样机实验验证,该方法能够对同平台电机损耗进行准确分析。 关键词:轮边电机;损耗分离;铁耗模型;无磁体转子;杂散损耗。 Abstract: In this paper, the loss analysis method of highspeed permanent magnet wheelside motor for electric bus was studied. The stator tooth, yoke and rotor iron losses were calculated by finite element model. The electromagnetic losses at different working conditions were analyzed, and the calculation model considering nonsinusoidal excitation was established.The model for calculating iron loss was established. Through the loss separation experiment, noload iron loss and mechanical loss were separated by the nonmagnetic rotor, and the mechanical loss and stray loss were modeled separately to improve the calculation model of motor loss at all working conditions. The experimental results of the prototype show that the proposed method can accurately analyze the loss of the motor on the same platform.
